The apartment is on the second floor. Beautiful, spacious room of 22 m2. It has a small living room inside, with a sofa, TV, carpet, good lighting. It also has a large bed, a clothesline and furniture for you to put all your things.
The apartment is very well located. It is 50 m from the U3 Hohenzollernplatz and a 10-minute walk from U7 Fehrbelliner platz and U9 Spichernstrasse.
Walking for about 15 minutes, you can reach various supermarkets: Netto, Aldi and Edeks, as well as Dm. Walking for 20 minutes you can reach a Rewe that closes at 12 at night.
The apartment is shared with a 65-year-old German woman who also speaks English and Spanish, and with an Argentinian girl.
The apartment is very quiet and clean. Everyone goes about their lives without disturbing the others. We only talk if we happen to meet in the kitchen or hallway, since there is no living room.
