Hey there!
My roommate is leaving in December, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my cozy 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms + 1 shared living room). The available room is approximately 16m² and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawer, and clothes rack. If you have some personal items or furniture you'd like to bring, that's also welcome—there’s even space in the cellar for extra storage if needed.

The flat is spacious (82m² in total) and has everything you need to feel at home: a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a gas BBQ (perfect for summer), and a shared living room that’s ideal for relaxing or hosting.

The flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain, close to both Frankfurter Allee and Landsberger Allee.

Transport: M10, M5, M6, and M8 trams are just a short walk away, and the U5 line is nearby.
Parks & Amenities: We’re close to Volkspark Friedrichshain for green space, and the neighborhood is full of shops, cafes, and bars for all your needs.

I’m in my 30s and work full-time in design. During the week, I’m quite focused on work but enjoy cooking, having a drink on the balcony, or watching a movie in the evenings. On weekends, I like to go out, have friends over occasionally, or chill at home.

I’m looking for someone who is working (not studying), tidy, and friendly—someone who values a balance of independent and shared time in the flat. Bonus points if you’re into design, food, or random BBQ nights! 😊
