Hi there!

I’m renting out my beautiful 26 sqm "Altbau" room in the heart of Berlin for a month. The room features a balkony to the south—perfect for relaxing.

The room is fully furnished, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. The windows are well-insulated, so you won’t hear any street noise.

The dates are flexible, and I’m looking for someone reliable who can take good care of the place (and my plants) while I’m away.

Bonus: Cleaning service comes every second Friday!

The location is unbeatable! The neighborhood is packed with amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. Hauptbahnhof is just 15 minutes away, and you have plenty of nearby options for public transport, including the subway, S-Bahn, and buses. The closest stations are Rosenthaler Platz, Oranienburger Tor, and Oranienburger Straße. It’s one of the few spots in Berlin where you can easily get anywhere without much hassle.

The flatmates are fantastic—super friendly and part of a close-knit friend group, which makes for a great atmosphere. We've got one from France, one from England, and another who's half Spanish, half German. Everyone here works, is sociable, and keeps things tidy. Whether you're more extroverted or introverted, you'll fit right in! You'll have a call with them to see if it's a good match.
