Das Zimmer ist relativ südlich ausgerichtet aber kriegt morgens ziemlich viel licht ab. Es gibt ein Bett, Schreibtisch sowie ein Sessel und Schrank.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min Laufweg vom S und Ubahnhof Hermannstraße die Anbindung ist also sehr gut, es fahren auch mehrere Buslinien direkt an der Kreutzung ab.
Mit dem Tempelhofer Feld und den Prinzessiningärten ist man auch schnell im Grünen.
Schöne Cafes und coole Bars gibt es auch reichlich.

Ich bin öfters unregelmäßig zuhause was sich nächstes Jahr eventuell ändert ich würde mich aber freuen wenn man ein gemeinsames Zuhause gestaltet und ab und zu mal was zusammen kocht einen Film schaut oder auch ausgeht wenn es passt. Offene Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig.
