Hello, I’m Enrico. I’m subletting my room for two weeks in this majestic house in the heart of Berlin. There as much light as you would wish, especially in the huge living room thanks to all of the windows.
The house has three sleeping rooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a big living room, also a courtyard for bikes.

Your private room is spacious about 22mq and sunny in the morning. king size bed, wardrobe, office desk and a hanger.

you are right on the U8 that gets you in the best part of berlin for bars and clubs.

you also have in walking distance M8, M1 and M2 and U2, also walking distance from alexanderplatz.

The area is filled with many bars and restaurants. from cute, to pish to cheap and tasty there is all you look for.

Gabriele and Lucrezia, italians, lovely and enjoyable. Gabriele is an amazing chef, you will get a taste for sure. the guys are very clean and tidy, especially the kitchen that must be cleaned after every use. Gabriele works often from home, Lucrezia is happily unemployed. They enjoy going out but also movie night in the living room.

The living room will make you fall in love with this house so quickly.
weed is allowed in the room, not cigarettes please.
there is cleaning lady coming every two\ weeks for the cost of 15 euro per clean.
Great place to explore berlin comfortably because you are near to everything.
The house is fully equipped with everything you might need.
