Aus beruflichen Gründen möchte ich mein gemütliches Zimmer für ein Jahr untervermieten.
Bitte beachte, dass es bis auf das Bett und die Möbel auf dem Balkon unmöbliert ist.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral direkt neben der Kastanienallee. Der Eingang des Lidl befindet sich genau unter dem Balkon, also einkaufen ist super bequem. In der Gegend gibt es generell wirklich viel.
Die Kulturbrauerei ist 5 Gehminuten von hier entfernt. Der Alexanderplatz 20 Minuten. Es gibt auch ein paar Clubs und ein Kino in der Nähe. Bars an jeder Ecke, besonders in der Kastanienallee.
Der Balkon ist ziemlich groß und bietet einen gemütlichen Platz für ein Bier mit Freunden oder eine Arbeitssession. Es gibt auch ne Steckdose drausen. Er befindet sich auf der Südseite des Gebäudes, sodass man dort besonders im Frühling und Sommer in der Sonne frühstücken können.
Die Wohnung selbst ist für 2 Personen ziemlich groß. Wir haben eine riesige Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank natürlich und einem Sodastream. Es bietet einen schönen Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Reden und Sitzen. Der Abend beginnt dort normalerweise.
Außerdem gibt es auch 2 Bäder. Ein kleines Gästebad mit Toilette und Waschbecken und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen winzigen Nebenraum, in dem man seine ganze Kleidung aufhängen oder Sachen verstauen kann.
Mein Mitbewohner Michi ist super nett und ein wirklich guter Koch. Er arbeitet hauptberuflich als Musiker und übt normalerweise (in einem separaten Gebäude) von Nachmittag bis spätabends. Du kannst ihn natürlich in einem Videocall besser kennenlernen.

due to a career choice, I want to sublet my cozy room for a year.
Please be aware that it's unfurnished, except for the bed and the furniture on the balcony.
The apartment is located super central right next to Kastanienallee. The entrance of the Lidl is exactly below the balcony so it's super comfortable.
Theres really a lot in this area. Kulturbrauerei is a 5 minute walk from here. Alexanderplatz 20 minutes. There's also a few clubs and a cinema around. Bars around every corner, especially in Kastanienallee.
The balcony is quite big and offers a comfortable place for a beer with friends or a working session. There's power supply outside as well.
it's on the south side of the building, so especially during the spring and summer times, you can have breakfast in the sun there.
The flat itself is quite big for 2 people. We have a huge kitchen with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator ofc and a soda stream. It offers a nice place to cook together, talk and sit. The evening usually starts there.
Apart from that there is also 2 baths. One little guest bath with a toilet and a sink and a big bath with a tub, a shower and a washingmashine.
There is also a tiny side room where you can hang all your clothes or store stuff.
My roommate Michi is super friendly and a really good cook. He works as fulltime musician and is usually practicing (in a seperate building) from afternoon until late evening.
