Hey guys, I’m subletting my room at Ostkreuz for two months (15 Dec - 15 Feb) 🌞
It’s a small but cozy room with everything you would need. The flat is located between Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee (both stations 6-7min by foot). I’d make some space for your stuff in the room. Also, I have a few plants which would need some water from time to time.
I can send additonal picutres.
You would share the flat with three other guys. Kaspar is 24, from France and is working in Sales, Jose is 26, from Chile and is working in hospitality and Marko is 26, from Bosnia and is currently finishing his masters degree. All of them are lovely and quite busy with work and studies.
The rent is 440/month all in. There will be a deposit (300e) and a sublet contract.
I’m looking for someone considerate, easygoing and clean.
No smoking and no instrument (landlord request…)
