Da ich die Untermiete frühzeitig verlasse suche ich eine Person, die das Zimmer übernimmt bis die Hauptmoeterin Mitte/Ende April aus dem Ausland zurück kommt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hell durch das doppelte Fenster.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Es gibt ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofa!
Zwei Minuten zu fuß ist eine Haltestelle für die M11. Super anbindung zur FU also. Und etwa 9 Minuten zu Fuß ist die SBahn Haltestelle Lichterfelde Ost. Von da aus kommt man gut in die Stadt und schnell zum Ring. Neben der Bahn gibt es einen Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann und ein Atück weiter noch einen Netto und einen Lidl.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Anastasia, sie macht ihren Phd an der FU in Mathe, spielt gerne Schach, liest und versorgt ihre Pflanzen. Ihr ist es wichtig, dass du einen Sinn für Sauberkeit hast und gut und korrekt kommunizieren kannst, falls etwas besprochen werden muss.
Du bekommst einen Untermietvertrag und eine Anmeldung ist auch möglich.
