Hey everyone,
Since I'm leaving Berlin for over a month over Christmas I am subletting my room for this time. My monthly rent is 650, but since I know people might not be around for this whole period either, I'm willing to give a discount.
The room is very central, huge, comfortable bed, massive blanket, TV that I never use, basically everything one needs to survive in Berlin winter. I share the flat with a good friend who is really easy going and has his own massive 40sqm room.
The one expectation we would have of a subrenter is to clean after yourself. Really important to my flatmate.
