Dein Zimmer sind 30 qm plus knapp 90qm unausgebauter unbeheizter Dachraum der mit an der Wohnung liegt. Dort könntest du Dinge lagern oder deinem Hobby nachgehen. Gerade wohnt der Vormieter noch in der Wohnung, aber du kannst natürlich vor dem Einzug mal vorbeischauen. Möblieren werde ich das Zimmer geschmackvoll mit Eames Chair, Eiermann Tisch und Tojo Bett. Die Bilder von dem Raum sind noch mit den Möbeln des Vormieters.

I’m offering the nicest room in the shared apartment, with a view of the TV tower in the heart of vibrant Prenzlauer Berg. Your room is 30 sqm, plus nearly 90 sqm of undeveloped, unheated attic space that is also part of the apartment. You could use that space for storage or pursue a hobby. The current tenant still lives in the apartment, but of course, you’re welcome to stop by before moving in. I will furnish the room tastefully with an Eames Chair, Eiermann table, and Tojo bed. The photos of the room still show the previous tenant's furniture.
