Looking for a clean, 30+ professional to share a cozy 96 sqm flat with me. The available room is furnished and perfect for someone without a lot of extra belongings (no storage or Keller space). There is a 3rd shared living room space with a desk for part-time working from home and a nice balcony to the street view. Can also take someone on a more short term basis.
