Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, 2 min entfernt vom U- Bhf. Eberswalder Str. und den Straßenbahnen M1 / M10 / M12 entfernt. Die „Kulturbrauerei“ mit Rewe, Kino, Discotheken und Konzerthallen ist gleich um die Ecke, so auch Mauerpark.
Die Wohnung selbst ist aber ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Vom Treiben auf der Straße bekommst du nichts mit. Die ganze Gegend ist gut saniert und macht einfach gute Laune.
Das große Zimmer in dieser WG verfügt über eine Einbau Küche, hat einen Balkon zum Hinterhof und ist mit Kleiderschrank, Büro und einem gemütlichen Doppelbett im Kolonialstil ausgestattet. 3 Doppelfenster und die Balkontür sorgen für Licht. Nur Badezimmer und Waschmaschine wirden geteilt. Das Zimmer/Küche/Balkon sind ganz zu Deiner Verfügung! Die ganze Wohnung ist gut in Schuss.
Motto: alles kann, nichts muss... Hauptsache wir sind total relaxed!!! Keine Zweck WG!!!!
