Hi everyone! Zimmer für etwa drei Monate unterzuvermieten, evtl. etwas länger.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, relativ groß und mit einem Wintergarten-ähnlichen kleinen extra Zimmer-im-Zimmer versehen. Es geht auf den Hinterhof raus, ist also trotz der Lage recht ruhig. Im Moment überwintern einige meiner Pflanzen in dem Wintergarten und im Frühjahr ist es der beste Platz in der Wohnung für Setzlinge, es wäre also nicee wenn dich die Gesellschaft von Pflanzen nicht stören würde. Ansonsten sind Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Sofa vorhanden, einen großen Fernseher gibt es aktuell auch noch.
Room is very bright, relatively large and has a conservatory-like small extra room-within-a-room. It looks out onto the backyard, so it's fairly quiet despite overall noisy area. At the moment some of my plants are overwintering in the conservatory and during early spring I like to put potted up seedlings in there for extra sun, so it'd be super lovely if you didn’t mind. Besides: bed, closet, desk and sofa available, currently also a large tv.
Die Wohnung liegt im Kreuzberger Wranglkiez ziemlich direkt am Schlesischen Tor, das muss man also mögen (oder zumindest ab können). Imbisse, Restaurants und Bars sind in jedem zweiten Hauseingang, der nächste Späti ist im Erdgeschoss. U1, U3 und die S Warschauer Straße sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen, Rewe und Biocompany ebenso. Görli ist auch um die Ecke, Spreeufer und Treptower Park sind nicht weit.
Generell sehr zentral und entsprechend busy.
Flat is located in Kreuzberg 36 right at Schlesisches Tor, so u gotta deal w the joyous buzzing filth that is Berlin on a daily basis. There’re plenty restaurants and bars around, next Späti is downstairs. U1, U3 and S Warschauer Straße are all within walking distance as are Rewe and Biocompany.
Görlitzer Park in spitting distance for what it’s worth, banks of Spree and Treptower Park aren’t far away either.
Generally very central thus busy.
Ich arbeite freiberuflich und projektbasiert beim Film, bin also mal viel zuhause, mal gar nicht. Ich find’s schön, sich gegenseitig vom Tag zu erzählen, ab und zu zusammen zu sitzen und nicht stumpf aneinander vorbei zu leben, bin aber auch gut busy mit meinem eigenen life und habe beim Zusammenleben eig nur ein paar Sachen, die für mich unverhandelbar sind (Ordnung, Sauberkeit, seinen Scheiß auf die Reihe kriegen :).
Ich koche gerne, mag Kino, stricken, herumgärtnern und gucke gerne UFC. Habe vor kurzem wieder angefangen zu Reiten und bin im Moment häufig draußen beim Pferd.
Gemütliches Zuhause, keine Party-WG.
I’m a freelancer working in film industry which means sometimes I’m home all the time, sometimes I’m gonna be gone for weeks.
I like gardening, cinema, twitter, cooking and dagestani MMA lore. I’ve started riding again recently and spend quite a bit of my time out w the horse atm.
Always appreciate nice chats and overlaying interests/ values but equally looking for someone who’s got their shit together and will keep place + vibe nice, clean and tidy :)

Einzug wäre möglich zwischen 05.01. und 15.01., das Zimmer ist frei bis zum 30.04., vielleicht auch etwas länger. Schreib mir einfach ein bisschen was über dich, was du in Berlin machst und was dir beim Zusammenleben wichtig ist so dass ich eine Idee davon kriege, wer du bist :)
Auch wenn das mit Weihnachten und Silvester vielleicht bisschen eng alles wird würde ich gerne vor potentiellem Einzug eine Besichtigung machen, damit du von Zimmer, restlicher Wohnung und mir einen Eindruck bekommen kannst.
Schreib mir am besten direkt, welche Daten dir Einzugs-/Auszugstechnisch passen würden und wann du vorbei kommen könntest.
Subletting for approx 3 months, potentially a bit longer. Moving in would be possible between 05.01. and 15.01.
I know it’s hard out here looking for a place. Just drop me a couple lines so I get an idea of who you are, what you’re doing in Berlin and how you imagine living together would be like. Anything that indicates you made time to read all this is greatly appreciated :)
Even w xmas and nye around the corner I’d still like to arrange a viewing before you potentially move in so that you can get an impression of the room and the rest of the flat (and me!)
Just lmk which dates would suit you in terms of moving in/out and when you could come round.
