The room is fully furnished and faces the quiet court with its own access to the balcony. The furniture is in close to new condition including the necessities bed, desk, closet, chair, cupboard and additional items as displayed in the images. A big plus is also the floor heating. Also, the room is the largest of the flat making it spacious and nice to live in. Overall, nothing has to be bought in order to nicely live in the room for three months.

Currently, Lenny (22) and Christoph (25) live in the flat. We’re friends from university and have been working full-time in Berlin for about a year now. We live in the same building as other friends from Mannheim, so they are over at our place or we're at theirs.
Christoph will be away until mid-February, so for the first few weeks, it will just be you and Lenny in the flat.
