It is a small but cosy room with a window.
The flat has in total 4 rooms and a kitchen. We also have a washing machine.
We're looking for someone to join the flat on the 1st of January.
The furniture in the photos/videos will not stay in the room.
The rent is to be paid by the 1st of every month without exceptions.
We all share the electricity and internet costs. Around 20 euros per 2 months.

The apartment is located in Weißensee. The area is a quiet and chill neighborhood, and there's public transport in a 7 to 15 minute walk (x54 and 156 bus lines, M4 and M12) from the apartment.
There's a LIDL 700 meters away and a Netto and a DHL office two blocks further. A couple of shopping centers on the M4 route about 20 minutes away.

We are working and chill people who are looking for a person that can fit the apartment's atmosphere and are looking for a roommate who will be able to maintain a simple but weekly cleaning routine.
We are all respecting each other's privacy and resting time (this is not an after-party house).
It would be appreciated to have good manners and vibes between all the tenants of the apartment.
We are two women and one man. One from Austria and two from Argentina.
The common spoken language in the flat is English, and we would like to find a person who speaks it well in order to fully integrate with all the tenants of the flat. But German and Spanish are also being spoken in the flat.
