Hallo :) ich bin für einen Monat verreist und biete mein wunderschönes Zimmer für diese Zeit zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und du wirst sie mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Charlotte teilen. Die Besonderheit an der Wohnung ist, dass die Dusche in der Küche ist. Daran gewöhnt man sich aber eigentlich ganz schnell :-)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Rosenthaler Platz und Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt) und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Das Zusammenleben mit Charlotte ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und natürlich auch gegenseitiger Respekt & Rücksichtnahme setzen wir voraus!
