Das möblierte Zimmer ist hell, ruhig mit großen Fenstern nach Süden und einem schönen Blick auf die Grünanlagen.
Im Raum befindet sich neben einem Bett, ein großer Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch, eine Couch und 2 Stühle. Die Fenster können mit außen angebrachten Sonnenrollos abgedunkelt werden. Der Fußboden ist mit einem Vinylboden ausgelegt.
Das Zimmer liegt absolut zentral ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Haltestellen mehrere Tram, Bus, U- und S-Bahnlinien. Der attraktive, große Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten vom Wohnhaus entfernt. Mehrere Discounter (Edeka, Netto und Aldi) befinden sich in der direkten Nachbarschaft.
Wir sind eine internationale WG mit Menschen aus Neuseeland, Polen und Indien und suchen eine soziale, zuverlässige und saubere Mitbewohner*in. Da wir alle berufstätig sind und teilweise recht früh anfangen zu arbeiten, brauchen wir in der Woche unseren Schlaf.
