I am sub-renting a big and cosy room, with a lot of space, and the necessary furnitures.
The room has a large window/glass-door with a balcony. ☀️

Furnitures: matras, blankets, lights, two shelves for clothes or books, a desk, a computer chair, and etc.

In the hause there also a Washing machine, fridge, juice maker, cooking stuff, etc.

Big kitchen and bathroom with tube bath.
Nice and quiet area.

Smoking is possible moderatly in the kitchen, and on the Balcony, not inside the rooms.

The heating of the apartment is an old-school fireplace (camin) working with wood and coil. You order coil online or by it feom super market 2 minuets feom home. I can explain you better when we talk and we can help you to start with that :) It‘s nice and cosy but it needs a bit of attention.

Sub rental: No Anmeldug/registration possible. We will do a short term contract between us.

Fire place (camine) in the rooms for heating.
No central gass availble, electric heater also not possible. Old Berliner building, heating works very well, the room can become like a sauna if you want, we can show you and explain you how to do.
