Die Wohnung hat 4 Räume wovon wir EIN Zimmer für einen Monat vermieten.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Espressomaschine, Couch, Piano und Terrasse.
Ansonsten ist alles neu, warm, mit Fußbodenheizung und großen Fenster.
Außer diesem Raum wird nichts vermietet, d. h. du hast die Wohnung für dich alleine.

We’ll be away for a month and our apartment will be empty during that time, so we’re renting out one room in our four-room family apartment in the lovely Kunger neighborhood in Alt-Treptow.
The apartment has four rooms, and we are renting out ONE of them for one month.
It features a spacious kitchen-living area with a cooking island, dishwasher, espresso machine, couch, piano, and a terrace.
Everything is newly renovated, cozy, with underfloor heating and large windows.
Aside from this one room, nothing else is being rented out, meaning you’ll have the rest of the apartment entirely to yourself.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Wohnungskomplex (https://archigon.com/projekte/bouchegaerten-bouchestrasse-39/) in der Bouchéstraße ruhig gelegen und trotzdem um die Ecke von Nachtleben Kreuzköllns (Weserstraße etc.). In die andere Richtung ist man in 5 min (Fahrrad) am Treptower Park.
