Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ausgezogen, daher wird ihr Zimer frei. :)
Der Raum ist schön groß, hell und hat einen wunderbaren Holzboden. Bett (1,20m), Kissen, Bettdecke, riesiges Sofa, Schreibtisch und KLeiderschrank sind vorhanden, also alles was Mensch braucht. :)

My flatmate moved out, so I've got a spare room!
The room is very spacious, bright, has a lovely wooden floor. You will find a bed (1,20m), pillow, blanket, giant sofa, desk, wardrobe, so just everything one needs. :)
Von der Wohnung zum Rathaus Steglitzt sind es zwei Busstationen. Der Bus kommt alle 5-7 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist also perfekt für jemanden, der/ die an der FU studiert oder im Südwesten Berlins arbeitet, da es mit dem Rad gerade mal 15 min. dauert.
In 15 Minuten bist du beim Kanal, kannst joggen, spazieren, oder einfach im Park chillen. Supermärkte und Rossmann sind gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is two bus stations away from Rathaus Steglitz and the bus comes by every 5-7 minutes. It's perfect for people who study at FU, with the bike it doesn't take more than 15min to get there.
Naturewise, you are at the canal in 15 minutes and can take a beautiful one hour walk along the water. Supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk away.
Jo, zu mir: Ich bin Mariann, genieße es seit meiner Studiezeit in WGs zu leben und mag es einfach, wenn noch jemand ab und an zu Hause ist und mensch sich über den Tag oder jegliche Themen, die gerade so durch den Kopf gehen, austauscht. Ich arbeite viel im Homeoffice, bin tagsüber also häufig da und treffe abends dann gerne Freund:innen oder meine Familie, gehe zum Sport, oder anderen kulturellen Veranstaltungen. Außerdem mache ich gerade eine Coaching Ausbildung. Ich reise gerne, habe Psychologie, Soziologie, interkulturelle Kommunikation und Islamwissenschaften studiert und arbeite jetzt als Agile Coach - das erkläre ich dann gerne mal be nem Wein oder Tee, was das ist. :D

Well, a bit about me: I’m Mariann, and I’ve been enjoying living in shared apartments since my student days. I just like having someone around from time to time to chat about the day or any random thoughts that pop up. I work a lot from home, so I’m often around during the day, but in the evenings I like to meet up with friends or family, go to the gym, or attend cultural events. I’m also currently doing a coaching training. I love traveling, have studied psychology, sociology, intercultural communication, and Islamic studies, and now work as an Agile Coach – I’m happy to explain what that is over a glass of wine or tea. :D
