~THE ROOMS~
These big sunny rooms are 25sq.m. + 30sq.m., so 55 sq.m. for both rooms.
The first room is a walkthrough to the 2nd room, so the rooms are ideal for a couple or 2 friends, or someone who would like both rooms (to use the first room as an office/studio, and the 2nd room as a bedroom, for examples).
The first room (25sq.m.) is furnished with a double bed, sofa, and 2 desks. You also have your own balcony from this room.
The second room (30sq.m.) has a massive grand king size bed, large corner sofa with coffee table, and a large double door wardrobe. There is also plenty of open space in both rooms for doing yoga, exercise, etc.
The windows are south + southeast facing and on the 4th floor, which means plenty of sun and the rooms are bright all day, even when its not so sunny .

The spacious flat has 2 other bedrooms, a big beautiful brand new kitchen (+dishwasher!) with a brunch nook, a large bathroom with a bathtub & machine washing, and a wide entrance hallway with a large closet for jackets.

Located in central Friedrichshain, the apartment is 2 mins walking from Ostkreuz so its very easy to get everywhere in the city.
There is also the M21 tram and 240 bus directly outside the front door.
And 10 minutes walk to Boxhagener Platz! There are SO MANY delicious restaurants around in walking distance.
You will live with 2 awesome female roommates, who are both professional artists (1 dancer/actor, 1 stylist/visual artist).
*Female/FLINTA highly preferred but we are also open to kind and caring men.*
The flat is generally creative/artistic, but you don't necessarily have to be for this sublet =)
We generally like to have a friendly, relaxed energy in the flat where we hang out when it happens naturally.
