Ich bin Carmen und reise nach Lateinamerika. Für mein großes Zimmer in einer schönen Wohnung mitten in Kreuzberg suche ich eine Untermieterin* für mindestens 3 Monate (Verlängerung ist möglich). Außer deinem Zimmer hast du noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Küche mit Balkon, welche du dir nur mit meiner anderen Untermieterin Ide teilst. Ide ist eine freundliche Frau Anfang 20 und arbeitet Teilzeit. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Küche voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen zwischen Görlitzerpark und Kanal und direkt vor der Tür fährt ein Bus, der einen in wenigen Minuten nach Neukölln oder Mitte bringt. Viele Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Spielplätze sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 800 Euro inkl. aller Nebenkosten, Strom und Wlan - je nach eurer finanziellen Situation kann ich euch mit der Monatsmiete ggf entgegenkommen. Außerdem nehme ich eine Kaution von 400 Euro, die ihr nach Abnahme der Wohnung und wenn alles ok ist, zurückbekommt. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 24.1. bezogen werden, ein späterer Einzug wäre aber auch möglich. Melde dich gerne bei mir wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast! :) Liebe Grüße! <3

I am Carmen and I am traveling to Latin America. For my large room in a nice apartment in the middle of Kreuzberg I am looking for a subtenant (preferrably a woman) for at least 3 months (extension is possible). In addition to your room, you will have a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with balcony, which you will only share with my other subtenant Ide. Ide is a friendly woman in her early 20s and works part-time. The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bathtub.
The apartment is beautifully located between Görlitzerpark and the canal and there is a bus right outside the door that takes you to Neukölln or Mitte in just a few minutes. Many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés and playgrounds can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The monthly rent is 800 euros including all utilities, electricity and wifi - depending on your financial situation, I may be able to accommodate you with the monthly rent. I will also take a deposit of 400 euros, which you will get back after you have accepted the apartment and if everything is ok.
