We are renting out one room in our sunny apartment as we will not be in Berlin during 19.02. until 15.10. The apartment is very bright with a great view and is located on Prenzlauer Allee in the front building. Attention: Busy street with lots of cars but right in the middle of everything.

Basic equipment: dishwasher and washingmachine, a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. No elevator.
Everything is included in the total rent: No extra costs.
We would be happy to have a lovely temporary tenant/couple who takes good care of the apartment. No party flat.

As we are renting out both rooms, there is no flatmate yet. :)
There is also the opportunity to rent the whole apartment.
