Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen WG im Schillerkiez. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und ich suche jemanden für längerfristig oder auch nur für ein paar Monate bleiben möchte. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohung besteht aus meinem Zimmer, deinem Zimmer, Küche und Bad (Waschmaschine und Badewanne vorhanden;)). Sie ist ruhig gelegen im 2. Stock im Hinterhaus in einem Altbau. Der Preis 650/Monat enthält alles (WIFI, Strom, etc etc)
Ich bin Sim, 31, und bin im NGO Bereich tätig. Ich sehe die Wohnung als Rückzugsort an - mag es aber natürlich, wenn man sich gut versteht, und je nach dem wie es passt auch mal was zusammen unternimmt.
Für alles andere denk ich immer, es ist besser sich kurz mal kennen zu lernen und sich zu beschnuppern. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort beziehbar.

I’m renting out a room in my cozy shared flat in Schillerkiez. The room is unfurnished. I’m looking for someone either long-term or just for a few months – I’m flexible with the timeline. Unfortunately, registration (Anmeldung) isn’t possible.
The flat has my room, your room, a kitchen, and a bathroom (with a washing machine and a bathtub :)). It’s quiet, located on the 2nd floor in the backyard of an Altbau. The rent is €650/month, all-inclusive (WiFi, electricity, etc.).
I’m Sim, 31, and I work in the NGO sector. I see the flat as my rather quiet safe space, but depending on the vibe, I also enjoy doing something together now and then.
For everything else, I think it’s best to meet up briefly to get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit. The room is available immediately.
