Das Zimmer ist sieht auf dem Bild nur so schmal aus, ist unmöbliert und grenzt an meinem Zimmer an, ist knapp 10m2 groß, dabei ist es 5,20m lang und 1,80m breit.
Der Dielenboden wurde vor kurzem aufgearbeitet und die Wände wurden neu verputzt und gestrichen, bzw. da bin ich momentan noch dabei.
Es hat ein kleines Fenster, die Tür kann man bislang nicht abschließen.
Tram ist 5 min entfernt, S Prenzlauer Allee 10 min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Rewe, DM, Aldi, Rossmann) innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen.
Von hier aus ist man in knapp 20 min am Alex, in 20 min am Mauerpark und in 10 min im Kollwitzkiez. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und die Anbindung toll.
Ich bin Joris und 23 Jahre alt. Ich mache gerade noch eine Ausbildung zum GaLaBauer und studiere ab dem Wintersemester Landschaftsarchitektur. Ich mache in meiner Freizeit viel Sport, ernähre mich fleischarm und rauche nicht. Ich gehe gerne mit Freunden raus, besuche Flohmärkte oder bin in Cafés zu finden.
Ich habe nicht so bock auf eine Zweck-WG, lass uns also gerne mal zusammen kochen oder sonst was unternehmen!
