Das Zimmer in der gemütlichen Erdgeschosswohnung hat circa 25 m². Es gibt ein Doppelbett, ein Sofa, Platz für persönliche Gegenstände in Regalen und Schränken, außerdem ein E-Piano.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Leinestraße, sehr dicht am U-Bahnhof Leinestraße im Hinterhaus mit Fenstern zum ersten und zweiten Hof. Es ist super ruhig! Es gibt kaum Geräusche von der Stadt, obwohl man so dicht an der Hermannstraße wohnt.

The flat is located in Leinestraße, very close to Leinestraße station in the rear building with windows to the first and second courtyard. It's super quiet! There is hardly any noise from the city, even though you live so close to Hermannstraße.
Die WG ist ein Ort, an dem sich alle wohl fühlen sollten. Vielmehr noch sollte sie ein Saferspace sein für alle, die dort wohnen und die zu Besuch kommen. Von dir als Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner wird erwartet, dass du open-minded bist und dich gegen jede Form von Rassismus, Diskriminierung und Ausgrenzung positionierst. Die Wohnung ist ein queerer Ort.
Der Mitbewohner (33) arbeitet tagsüber vier Tage die Woche. In der WG wird gerne zusammen gekocht und gegessen. Der dritte Mitbewohner ist Mukki (8), ein kuscheliger Kater, der draußen und drinnen wohnt und am liebsten im Bett mit schläft (er kann aber auch einfach ausgesperrt werden wenn du keine Lust auf ihn im Bett hast). Am besten solltest du aber keine Katzenallergie haben und auch keine Berührungsängste mit dem Kater.

As a flatmate, you are expected to be open-minded and take a stand against all forms of racism, discrimination and marginalisation. The flat is a queer place.
The flatmate (33) works four days a week during the day. We enjoy cooking and eating together in the flat share. The third flatmate is Mukki (8), a cuddly tomcat who lives outside and inside and prefers to sleep in the bed with you (but he can also simply be locked out if you don't fancy him in bed). Ideally, you should not be allergic to cats and not be afraid of contact with the cat.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Platz, um Friends einzuladen oder um allein auf der Couch zu chillen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garten, der besonders im Sommer das grüne Wohnzimmer der Wohnung ist. Auch im Winter tut es gut, kurz rauszugehen, ohne gleich auf die Straße zu müssen, zum Beispiel um die Wäsche aufzuhängen, denn die kann ganzjährig im Garten unter einem Dach trocknen trocknen.
Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist es im Winter naturgemäß eher dunkel in der Wohnung, darum gibt es sehr viele Lampen, so dass eigentlich immer ein angenehmes Licht in der Wohnung herrscht. Entweder ganz hell zum Arbeiten oder nach Wunsch gemütlich warm.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, alle möglichen Geräte für die Küche, Bügeleisen, Handtücher, sämtliche Werkzeuge und Dinge zum basteln, sogar eine Nähmaschine, Brettspiele, Beamer und so weiter. All diese Dinge dürfen gerne mit genutzt werden, wenn sie gut behandelt werden.

There is a large living room with space to invite friends over or chill out alone on the couch. The flat has a garden, which is the flat's green living room, especially in summer. Even in winter, it's good to go out and breath through without having to go out into the street, for example whole hanging out the washed laundry, which can dry under a roof in the garden all year round.
As the flat is on the ground floor, it is naturally rather dark in the flat in winter. There are lots of lamps so that there is always a pleasant light in the flat. Either very bright for working and focus or cosy and warm as required.
The flat is very well equipped: Washing machine, all kinds of appliances for the kitchen, iron, towels, all tools and things for crafting, even a sewing machine, board games, projector and so on. You are welcome to use all these things if you treat them well.
