Neben der großzügigen offenen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche kannst Du einen Büroraum, den Südbalkon, sowie den Hauswirtschaftsraum (mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer) der 4--Zimmerwohnung mitbenutzen.
Da die es 2 Bäder gibt, hast Du Dein eigenes Bad ganz für Dich alleine und kannst Dich entscheiden, ob Du lieber in die Badewanne oder Dusche hopsen möchtest.
Die Wohnung hat bodentiefe Fenster, für Sichtschutz sorgen verstellbare lichtdurchlässige und blickdichte Plissees, sowie Außenrolläden.

In addition to the spacious, open and well-equipped kitchen-living room, you can also use an office space, the south-facing balcony and the utility room (with washing machine and clothes rack) of the 4-room apartment.
As there are 2 bathrooms, you have your own bathroom all to yourself and can decide whether you would rather hop in the bathtub or shower.
The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, and adjustable translucent and opaque pleated blinds and external shutters provide privacy.
You should be able to see everything else in the pictures. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Anwohnerstraße in Berlin's grünstem und wasserreichstem Bezirk angebunden. Kreuzberg, Neukölln und Prenzlberg waren gestern! Schöneweide is the place to be! Dank der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung bist Du mit den Öffis allerdings auch schnell in Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlberg & Co.
Zu Fuß sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar:
-die nächste Tramhaltestelle (M 17, M21, M27, M37)
-Rewe, Aldi und DM
-Berlin's größter Volkspark: die Wuhlheide (gut zum joggen, Rad fahren, Inlineskaten, Wald & Natur genießen, inklusive Calisthenics-Park)
In ca. 8 Minuten per Rad oder Tram
-die nächsten S-Bahn-Stationen S-Karlshorst (S3) und S-Schöneweide (S8, S9, S45, S46, S47).
