Hi,
I’m subletting a furnished room in my 2-person flat for 3 months, starting February 1st. The room is 20 m², bright, fully furnished, and has direct access to a balcony.
The flat is 93 m² in total, with a big shared living room (32 m²), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. Grocery stores and public transport are less than a 3-minute walk away, so everything you need is super close.
Rent is €830 per month (all utilities included). Internet and power are extra, coming in at 50€/month. There’s also a €1,500 deposit (of which you are getting 100% back if you don't trash the room 😁). Since the room comes furnished, my current roommates are also asking that you purchase the furniture that they are leaving behind. They are asking for €1,500. The person moving in after you will then purchase the furniture from you.
My current roommates (the room was shared by a couple) are moving out and I have another person renting the flat starting in May, so I am looking for someone the bridge that gap.
