Hallo meine Lieben,
ich bin Felix und bin im Tech Bereich tätig und wohne momentan wieder allein. Ich suche ein(e) MitbewohnerIn für die nächste Zeit. Wie lange das sein wird können wir gerne individuell abklären. Ich hätte das Mietverhältnis nur gern ersteinmal befristet. Das Zimmer kann gerne möbliert, teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert bezogen werden. Falls du es möbliert magst, kannst du gerne Einfluss darauf nehmen und mir sagen welche Möbelstücke du brauchst. Ich kann mich dann darum kümmern.
Dein Zimmer hat einen Balkonzugang. Ein eigenes Bad hast du auch mit einer Duschbadewanne. Es gibt auch noch ein anderes Bad mit einer größeren Dusche, die du bei Bedarf auch nutzen könntest.
Das 'Wohnzimmer' ist manchmal auch mein Arbeitszimmer. Mein Arbeitsplatz ich bei Nichtnutzung komplett hinter einer Schiebewand verborgen. Ich arbeite 2 Tage die Woche im Home Office, aber sitze auch Abends mal am PC. Mich stört es nicht, wenn dann jemand mit im Raum sitzt. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, jedoch einen Beamer über den geschaut werden kann. Jedoch gibt es kein TV receiver also kein FreeTv. Falls du unbedingt nen Fernseher brauchst, kann ich auch einen irgendwo auftreiben.
Die Dachterasse ist natürlich auch für die gemeinsame Nutzung offen. Im Winter ist das nur nicht wirklich angenehm da oben ^^. Es gibt auch einen Jacuzzi / Whirlpool auf dem Dach.
Die Küche ist public space ohne Einschränkung. Die Waschkammer auch.
Es ist ein Klavier vorhanden, falls du spielen solltest. Ich spiele ab und zu kurz, aber nie zu Ruhezeiten.
Zur Wohnungsausstattung gehören Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner, Espressomaschine, Internet, Beamer, Fußbodenheizung.
Es kommt 1 mal die Woche eine Putzkraft um die Grundreinigung zu übernehmen.

Hello dear soon to be roommate,
I'm Felix, working in the tech field, and I’m currently living alone again. I'm looking for a roommate for the time being. We can discuss how long the arrangement will last individually. However, I would prefer the rental agreement to be initially limited. The room can be furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer. If you want it furnished, you can have a say in which furniture pieces you need and i'll make it happen.
Your room has access to a balcony, and you'll also have your own bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There's another bathroom with a larger shower that you can use if needed.
The "living room" sometimes doubles as my office. My workspace is completely hidden behind a sliding wall when not in use. I work from home two days a week, but I also sit at the computer some evenings. It doesn’t bother me if someone is in the room with me during that time. There’s no TV, but we have a projector that can be used for watching things. However, there is no TV receiver, so no free TV.
The rooftop terrace is also available for shared use, though it’s not really pleasant up there during the winter ^^. There's also a jacuzzi/hot tub on the roof.
The kitchen is a public space with no restrictions, and the laundry room is the same.
There's a piano if you happen to play. I play occasionally, but never during quiet hours.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, espresso machine, internet, projector, and underfloor heating.
A cleaning service comes once a week to handle the general cleaning.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain. Man kann als dort schön joggen, Volleyball spielen oder einfach nur spazieren gehen.
Anbindungen mit den Öffis:
Die M5, M6, M8, M10, M18 sind in einer bis 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der S-Bahnhof Landsberger Alle (Ring) ist eine Tramstation weit weg. Ich schaffe es ohne Tram in 7 Minuten dahin zu laufen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
REWE und Netto sind in etwas kleinerer Fassung auch in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für Bioläden muss man schon 1-3 Stationen fahren.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es ein kleines Café, einen Vietnamesen, einen Döner. Wenn man schöne Cafés mag würde ich empfehlen auf die andere Seite vom Park zu spazieren.
Das SEZ ist in direkter Umgebung und hat auch einige Angebote, wie Yoga etc. aber wer weiß wie lange noch.

The apartment is located right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain. It’s a great place to jog, play volleyball, or just take a walk.
Public transport connections: The M5, M6, M8, M10, and M18 trams are reachable in 1 to 2 minutes. The S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee (Ring) is just one tram stop away. I can walk there in 7 minutes without taking the tram.
Shopping options: REWE and Netto, in smaller versions, are also just 2 minutes away. For organic stores, you’ll need to take 1-3 tram stops.

Ich bin ein herzensguter und aufgeschlossener Mensch. Ich ziehe mich aber auch gerne mal zurück, wenn es mir nicht gut geht. Ich komme aus Berlin Umgebung und habe einen Freundeskreis im Bereich von 22 bis 40 Jahren. Ich gehe auch ab und zu mal feiern, aber das hält sich in Grenzen. Ich werd hier jetzt nicht meine Hobbies aufzählen aber ich hab einige :p
Ich habe schon viel Erfahrung mit zusammenwohnen mit Mitbewohnern jeglichen Geschlechts und dadurch auch viele Freunde gewonnen die mich seither im Leben begleiten.
Ich arbeite eigentlich schon viel und wenn dich genau interessiert was ich so mache, kannst du mich das dann gerne Fragen. (Softwareentwicklung / KI Entwicklung etc.)
Im Sommer kann es vorkommen, dass ich kleine Veranstaltungen auf dem Dach mache. Dinner mit Musik, Tanz in den Sonnenuntergang mit wechselndem Publikum. Das passiert natürlich mit Absprache.
Ich erwarte nicht von dir, dass du die ganze Zeit was mit mir machst, oder wir beste Freunde werden. Aber kann auch sein, dass wirs werden ^^
Was ich jedoch nett finde ist, ein kleiner Plausch hin und wieder um abzuchecken, wie es dem anderen geht und was einen so bewegt. Ich weiß Privatspähre zu schätzen. Ich bin generell sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich habe auch ein Auto, falls du mal Hilfe bei Transporten oder sowas brauchst.
