The room is very spacious, 30sqm with a double bed, working desk, tv and and an extensive sofa. You are allowed to use the tv and the playstation as well that I am leaving in the room.
The apartment is located in Prenzlauerberg. 15 mins away from Greifswalder straße ring bahn and just a few minutes away from the M10 and M4 trams. There’s a lidl close by and a lot of shops nearby. A few parks if you like running or going for walks too!
My brother is living in this apartment in the other room and you will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with him. This apt is very inclusive and open so don’t worry about anything! If there are any issues, you can let me or him know about it.
I am currently subletting it from 20th Jan to 28th Feb but I am in the middle of a decision to move out of Germany so it’s possible that I decide to rent it long-term!
