The room is fully furnished and can be rented from the 15.02 to the 12.04 (a bit flexible).
If you are a responsible respectful and clean person who appreciates living in a nice place with chill people, you are very welcome to contact us and make an appointment for a visit.
You should have stable income.
The settlement lies in Kreuzberg between Hasenheide and Urbanstr. Its the south end of Graefestr.
The neighborhood is very diverse and multi cultural, our direct neighbors in the house are getting along with each other very well, everyone greets politely and if needed we help each other out. If you will order online, the possibility to meet Family T First floor is very high since DHL and co just drop everything at their place and do not ring at our apartment.
At greafekiez you will find everything you need, grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, Spätis, doctors, hospital etc.
You can reach Admiralbrücke /Maybachufer within 5 min by foot. The Market at MaybachUfer on Tuesdays and Fridays is a lovely place to buy fruit veggies cheeses fish flowers etc.
We live right next to the park Hasenheide which is a true gem. If you don't mind ppl doing their business at the entrances (No harassment like at Görlitzer) It's the perfect spot for running, having a walk, chilling on the grass having a beer and watching the dogs play at the dog park. I as a female feel safe there.
15 min walk through Hasenheide, passing the public swimming pool you reach Tempelhofer Flugfeld which is an incredible place to work out, meet friends or just go for a walk and watch people kite boarding.
You will be living with Filip, Nolwenn and Nathan.
Filip works as an IT Manger in a university, spends time outside and traveling. When home likes to socialize with the flatmates or just having dinner and a nice talk.
Nolwenn is taking care of the energy trade relationship between Germany and France. When at home likes to do the same.
Nathan is working in very complicated in finance. He works a lot but likes to come home to cook delicious meals and watch movies.
We speak mostly english (and sometime german), but Nolwenn and Nathan also speak french.
We are looking for someone who wants to come home and relax, someone who likes to have a coffee in the morning on the balcony and is easy to get along with.
Please be aware that we are not looking for people who want to party the whole weekend at the apartment and have a ton of people over, if so we are not the right shared apartment for you.
The apartment 115m² is on 4th floor and has an elevator and a basement. The huge bright livingroom (30m²) invites anyone to have a seat and hang out with your roomates. Plants love this place!
The Kitchen is 17m² big and has two doors that lead to the livingroom and especially in the evenings, it's a perfect spot to hang out with your friends. If all doors closed (Kitchen and Livingroom) you can easily enjoy your time without disturbing your roommates who maybe have to get up early, which is always considered as respectful and helps to create a livingspace where everyone feels respected and looked after.
Our 6m² balcony that faces the south is a little cozy paradise, especially in summer time. The sunbed is the perfect spot to read a book, tan or watch the stars at night. We love to have our morning coffees on the balcony, have friends over, watch the beautiful colors of the sky during sunsets. This balcony is truly a magical spot to calm down especially after having a long day.
The big bathroom, which we clean thoroughly every week to keep it nice, has a bathtube.
The small guest toilet is mainly used by people who don't like to have to sit down like its obligatory in the big bathroom.
The chamber of Darkness will do its best to store all of our luggage, shoes and tools etc.
