The room is 16m2 big and has a big window close to the bed which makes it quite comfy. Also i did my best to make the room cozy in the realtively short time that i live there already (check picture).

The price will be the real price i pay myself so i wont make personal profit with the sublease.
It is calculated for the price i pay in average per day (21,6 Euros) times the days for sublease.
In total this makes 994 Euros.

There is no living room unfortunately. The bathroom and kitchen are clean and do their job well.

The location is the real gem of this place as it is directly at the subway station Bernauer Straße.
So you can reach any place quite easy and are really close to the city center.

Your temporary roommate is Carlos 24 from Spain. He values respectful and open communication and is open for cooking together or other nice things. He works as a photographer.

I sublet this room because am going to travel. I think it is best meant for people who want to use the time to look for a long term appartment or who need to bridge some time in Berlin for other purposes.
