Hi all!
I’m looking to sublet my room from til 01.04 (flexible move-in dates: 12.02 or 01.03 & move out: 31.03/30.04).
Rent: €661/month, or €330 for half of February, plus €660 for the full month (Following, March and potentially April). I’m asking for a €400 refundable deposit.
The room is spacious and comes with a shared balcony. It gets loads of light and has a beautiful view! The flat includes:
A bathtub and bathroom
A laundry machine and dishwasher
A fully equipped kitchen
You’ll also have lovely, friendly roommates (Ian, 26 & Maged, 26)! Both are very great and relaxed people, where the overall atmosphere of the flat is clean and nice.
This is a great place to start your Berlin adventure or enjoy the city for a short stay.
The location is quiet, but well connected. Nearby is the Panke which is lovely to walk around as well as grocery stores (Rewe, Denn's & Netto).
