Das Zimmer ist mit 18qm recht groß und sehr hell, da die Sonne reinscheint. Der Dielenboden ist wirklich schön und verleiht dem Zimmer ein gemütliches Feeling. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, bis auf das Bett und einen schwarzen Tisch + Stuhl (aus der Küche).

Man ist direkt an der Bahnstation Westend (2min), also an der Ringbahn und innerhalb von 10 Fußminuten erreicht man das Schloss Charlottenburg inklusive Schlossgarten. Durch die Ausrichtung des Zimmers zum Innenhof bekommt man von der Nähe zur Straße so gut wie gar nichts mit.

Die WG besteht aus meinen zwei Mitbewohnerinnen und meinem Mitbewohner, ich ziehe dann recht zeitnah aus, da ich nun eine eigene Wohnung habe. Das Miteinander bei uns ist sehr entspannt und locker, wir sind offen für Gespräche oder zusammen etwas zu trinken/kochen. Es ist aber auch völlig okay, wenn du eher Ruhe suchst! Wir sind offen und tolerant und wollen nur ein freundliches und respektvolles Miteinander. :)

Schreibt einfach gerne wenn ihr Interesse oder Fragen habt, auch eine befristete Vermietung wäre möglich.

Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und zeigt quasi nur den jetzigen, vollen Zustand.
