subrenting my WG- room in the heart of Kreuzberg, near Schlesisches Tor.
You‘ll share it with my two lovely, female flatmates (32y and 28y) and two cats.
The rent is 520€ per month, so price depends on the exact period you‘ll be staying. All including! No Anmeldung!
Bars, Cafes/Restaurants and Supermarkets are very close by. You shouldn’t be too picky with noises tho since it’s a quite lively/loud neighbourhood sometimes.
We‘re preferably looking for someone who already lived with pets or really dosent mind having cats in the room.
No party WG.
No place for racists, sexism etc etc 🙏🏻
