Your room is 22 square meters, bright, well laid out, and was completely renovated 2 years ago with a beautiful parquet floor. It's a lovely old Berlin building from 1909 with high ceilings. There are two available rooms.

The bathroom has also been renovated and features a great rain shower. The kitchen is almost fully equipped for cooking and baking, with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people. :)

The rent includes all additional costs, such as electricity, heating, internet, GEZ, etc.

The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the S+U Bundesplatz, where you can catch the Ringbahn and the U9. It's only a few stops to Südkreuz and the Zoo. Friedenau is a very beautiful and safe neighborhood; it offers everything you need and is very well connected.

The room is unfurnished and is unfortunately only available for the month of February. A total of two rooms are available in February.
Your other roommates are Viola and Nic, who are currently in Berlin for internships.
