Hey ich bin Jenny und ziehe aufgrund eines Auslandssemesters für 1 Jahr aus der wunderschönen Wohnung in Gesundbrunnen aus . Mein Partner bleibt in der Wohnung und möchte dementsprechende eine WG gründen:) Zunächst wäre das Zimmer auf 1Jahr beschränkt, über eine Verlängerung können wir dann aber gerne sprechen:) Das Zimmer ist ca 17m^2 groß.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubau jnd wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett renoviert. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer schönen Küche. Im 8qm großen Badezimmer steht eine Badewanne und ein Waschtrockner. Des weiteren verfügen wir über ein Kellerabteil und einem großen Balkon. Generell würde ich sagen, dass wir einer der best ausgestattetsten Haushalte in ganz Gesundbrunnen sind:)

Hey, I'm Jenny and I'm moving out of my beautiful apartment in Gesundbrunnen for a year to experience shared living again. My partner is in the apartment and he wants a shared apartment for reasons:) Initially, the room would be limited to 1 year, but we can then discuss an extension:) The room is about 17m^2.
The apartment is in a new building and was completely renovated 2 years ago. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a beautiful kitchen. The 8m² bathroom has a bathtub and a washer-dryer. We also have a basement compartment and a large balcony. In general, I would say that we are one of the best-equipped households in all of Gesundbrunnen:)

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem S-Bahnhof Wollankstraße (7 min Fußweg) und Bornholmer Straße (10 min Fußweg). Innerhalb von 7 Gehminuten erreicht man einen Lidl, einen Rewe und mehrere Späti. Direkt in unserer Straße befinden sich ein nettes Café genauso wie mehrere Restaurants um die Ecke:)
Generell ist der Kiez super vielfältig und lebendig.

The apartment is located between the Wollankstraße S-Bahn station (7 minutes walk) and Bornholmer Straße (10 minutes walk). Within 7 minutes' walk you can reach a Lidl, a Rewe and several Späti. There is a nice café right on our street as well as several restaurants around the corner:)
In general, the neighborhood is super diverse and lively.

Mein Partner ist 28, Elektrotechnik- Student und einer der liebsten und lebensfrohsten Menschen, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Wir haben uns 2018 durch die Uni kennengelernt und sind seitdem ein Paar. Da auch er nun allerdings ein WG Leben genießen mag, wäre es keine ZweckWG wird. Ihm ist wichtig, dass man sich mal zusammen im Wohnzimmer trifft um sich auszutauschen, aber, dass jeder auch seinen Rückzugsort hat:)
Tolunay ist ein liebenswerter Mensch, der immer ein offenes Ohr hat. Er ist super witzig und mit ihm kann man viel Spaß haben aber auch sehr gut chillen. Er verbringt seine Freizeit mit Sport, Dokus schauen, zocken oder triffsf sich gerne mit Freunden.
Er freut sich immer neue Leute kennen zu lernen, Spiele zu spielen oder gemeinsam einen Film zu schauen:) aber oft braucht er auch mal seine Ruhe um seine social batteries wieder aufzuladen, wie jeder von uns.
Wir freuen uns sehr dich kennen zu lernen!

My partner is 28, an electrical engineering student and one of the nicest and most cheerful people I have ever met. We met at university in 2018 and have been a couple ever since. However, since he also wants to enjoy living in a shared apartment, it would not be a practical shared apartment. It is important to him that we meet in the living room to talk to each other, but that everyone also has their own place to retreat to:)
Tolunay is a lovely person who always has an open ear. He is super funny and you can have a lot of fun with him but also chill out very well. He spends his free time doing sports, watching documentaries, gaming or meeting up with friends.
He is always happy to meet new people, play games or watch a film together:) but he often needs some peace and quiet to recharge his social batteries, like all of us.
We are very happy to get to know you!
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Miete ist mit allem inklusive. Die Kaution ist für mich als Sicherheit, weil ich sehr unseren Möbeln hänge:)
Verlängerung bis Mitte 2026 ggf. möglich!
