Das Zimmer hat etwa 8 qm und liegt zum Innenhof. Direkt neben dem Zimmer ist die Küche. Im Zimmer ist ein Hochbett, also hat schon etwas Platz. Außerdem gibt es ein großes gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Man kann sich also arrangieren, wenn man mit etwas weniger Platz klarkommt.
Die Anbindung ist super. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 min beim Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U2) und in 10 min beim Bahnhof Charlottenburg (S-Bahn/Regio) und bei der Wilmersdorfer Str. (U7). Messe Nord/ICC (Ringbahn/S-Bahn) sind auch nur 15 min fußläufig entfernt. Außerdem ist man in 3 min beim Lietzensee.
Da wir eine Neugründung sind müssen wir schauen, wie sich alles entwickelt. Wir sind zwei Brüder (24 + 21) und ne Freundin von uns. Wir würden gerne ne Person haben die sich hier gut einfügen kann und wohlfühlt. Auf keinen Fall ist das eine Zweck-WG
