In unserer neugegründeten WG ist noch ein kleines schnuckeliges Zimmer frei!
Die große 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung besticht mit großen Fenstern, Balkon zur Südseite und viel gemeinsam genutzten Raum.
Das Zimmer ist befristet auf 2 Jahre, Anmeldung ist möglich.
Das Zimmer ist tatsächlich etwas klein, ein 90cm breites Bett und ein Sessel wären vorhanden, es kann aber selbstverständlich auch gern ein eigenes Bett (bis zu 160cm) mitgebracht werden. Im Vorraum/Flur vor dem Zimmer wäre auch noch genug Platz für einen Schrank/weitere Möbel und es gibt ein großes gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer.

The large 4-room apartment in an old building has large windows, a south-facing balcony and lots of shared space.
The room is limited to 2 years, registration is possible.
The room is actually a bit small, a 90cm wide bed and an armchair would be available, but of course you are welcome to bring your own bed (up to 160cm). In the hallway in front of the room there would also be enough space for a wardrobe/other furniture and there is a large shared living room.
Perfekt gelegen in Wilmersdorf, 4min zu Fuß zur U Blissestr. befinden sich diverse Restaurants, Ärzte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (und ein unglaublich gutes georgisches Restaurant direkt unter der Wohnung).
Perfectly located in Wilmersdorf, 4min walk to U Blissestr. There are various restaurants, doctors and shopping facilities nearby (and an incredibly good Georgian restaurant directly below the apartment).
Kurz zu uns:
Wir sind eine 26-jährige Ärztin und 23-jährige Studentin, die auch gerade erst eingezogen sind/noch einziehen.
Offene Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig. Wir unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen draußen oder zuhause in der WG, es ist uns aber auch wichtig sich zurückziehen zu können. Ansonsten kannst du sehr viel mitgestalten, da wir uns auch gerade erst zusammenfinden. :)

Open communication is very important to us. We like to do things together at home or outside, but it's also important for us to be able to have a little time for ourself. Apart from that, you can help shape a lot, as we are also just building this up. :)
