The room is 17 m2 big and its walls have the colour of rose. It could also be painted it in a different colour. The room is in the 4th floor the window go out to the backyard. Its light an calm. The room should be renovated in February but you could move in to a different room.
The flat is 71 m2 bit and has two and a half rooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen are okay sizewise. There should be space for a small table in the kitchen for 3 people or so. My room is showing to the street and has a Balcony which everybody can use.

Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und hat Stuckdecken und rosafarbene Wände. Es kann auch in einer anderen Farbe gestrichen werden. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 4. Stock, geht zum Hinterhof hinaus und ist dank der 2 Fenster hell. Es wird im Februar renoviert. Es ist aber möglich dass du ab Februar zuvor in ein anderes Zimmer ziehst.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 71 qm groß und hat zweieinhalb Zimmer, Bad und Küche. Bad und Küche sind von der größe her in Ordnung. In die Küche sollte ein kleiner Tisch passten an dem man zusammen sitzen kann. Mein Zimmer geht zur Straße hin und hat einen Balkon, der mitbenutzt werde kann.
The flat is situated in the middle of Weichselstraße between Sonnenallee and Dreiländereck. Connetion to public transport ist good. Its aobut 9 minutes to U7-Rathaus Neukölln. To the next bus stop in Sonnenallee it is a 5 minute walk.

Die Wohnung liegt ungefähr in der Mitte der Weichselstraße zwischen Sonnenallee und Dreiländereck. Die Verkehrsanbingung ist gut. Zur U7-Rathaus Neukölln sind es etwa 9 Minuten. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle in der Sonnenallee sind es 5 Minuten.
Its a shared flat for 2 persons. My name is Helge, I am 49 years old, unconventionell, a bit funny - at least for a german - like to discuss, watch series and movies, dancing swing and bouldering. My dream is to live somewhere in warm climate, with mountains and water to surf. For some years I am building a housboat. For money I work 20 hours in home-office or driving around to connect solar parks to the grid. A litte bit I was active with Last Generation.
I prefer a relaxed humorous WG. Also I like to talk about the daily things that occupy my mind. My cleanliness-level is about average, as I would assume. If for you cleanliness has highest priority, maybe we do not fit together ideally.

Die WG ist eine 2er WG. Ich heiße Helge, bin 49 Jahre alt, unkonventionell, lustig, diskutiere gerne, schaue gerne Serien oder Filme, gehe zum Swing-Tanzen und zum Bouldern. Mein Traum ist, irgendwo zu leben, wo es warm ist und wo es Berge und Wasser zum Wellenreiten gibt. Ich baue seit Jahren an einem Hausboot für die Rummelsburger Bucht und arbeite 20 Stunden pro Woche im Homeoffice und im Außendienst in der Solarnergie. Hin und wieder war ich bei der Letzten Generation engagiert.
Mir selbst wäre vor allem an einem entspannten, humorvollen WG-Leben gelegen. Auch fänd ich es schön, sich über die alltäglichen Dinge, die einen beschäftigen austauschen zu können. Vom Sauberkeitslevel her würde ich mich im Mittelfeld einstufen. Wenn Sauberkeit und Ordnung für Dich oberste Priorität haben, dann passen wir möglicherweise nicht ideal zusammen.
The flat will be renovated in February/March. It is possible to already move-in in February into another room. February would be preferalbe to me as move-in date.

Die Wohnung wird im Februar/März renoviert. Es ist aber möglich schon einzuziehen und dann von einem zum anderen Zimmer zu wechseln je nachdem, wo gerade renoviert wird. Einen Einzug im Februar würde ich vorziehen.
