Hey there,
it's a very tiny apartment,
but in perfect location. All important connections are located very close. Also, there is a beautiful park directly next to the building, which is perfect for runs and morning walks.
Since the apartment has quite thin walls, is very light hearing and only has one bathroom, living together would require respect for eachothers space and good communication.
I am a UX-Designer, who is being focused on very active and structured days. Getting up between 6-7am, while an early shower in the morning might wake up a person with very light sleep. So ideally looking for a person with similar structured days or somebody who could arrange their schedule with mine.
Even though I have very structured days, I am very chill and open-minded person, who is just not focused on the typical berlin nightlife lifestyle.
