Die Wohnung ist derzeit für ein Pärchen eingerichtet, aber wir werden sie so umgestalten, dass sie wieder als WG geeignet ist – wie es zuvor der Fall war. (Aktuelle Bilder zeigen die Einrichtung für ein Pärchen, zusätzlich gibt es Bilder, die die WG-Variante darstellen.)
Wohnzimmer und Küche sind gemeinschaftlich genutzte Räume – voll ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Es gibt einen Beamer, eine Siebträgermaschine, eine Spülmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern sowie zahlreiche Koch- und Backutensilien.
Aktuell steht im Wohnzimmer eine Staffelei/Galerie zum Malen, die je nach Wunsch entfernt oder behalten werden kann.

The apartment is currently set up for a couple, but we will rearrange it to make it suitable for a shared flat again, as it was before. (Current photos show the setup for a couple, and additional pictures illustrate how it would look as a shared apartment.)
The living room and kitchen are shared spaces – fully equipped and very cozy. There is a projector, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartments, and plenty of cooking and baking utensils.
Currently, there is an easel/gallery for painting in the living room, which can be removed or kept as desired.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Kreuzberg, nahe dem U-Bahnhof Görlitzer Bahnhof und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Markthalle Neun entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden.

The apartment is centrally located in Kreuzberg, close to Görlitzer Bahnhof U-Bahn station and just a short walk from Markthalle Neun. There are plenty of shopping options, as well as numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

Da wir während des angegebenen Zeitraums nicht in der Wohnung sind, können wir wenig zum aktuellen WG-Leben sagen. Sobald wir passende Mitbewohner*innen gefunden haben, werden wir natürlich darauf achten, dass ihr euch kennenlernen könnt und gut miteinander harmoniert. Keine Sorge – wir werden niemanden einfach so auswählen, ihr müsst natürlich einverstanden sein!

Since we won’t be living in the apartment during the specified period, we can’t say much about the current shared living dynamic.
