Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig zum Hof hin und es wird mit einem Hochbett vermietet .Wenn gewünsch auch ein Kleiderschrank) . Es hat einen schönen Dielenholzboden und die Wände sind weiss gestrichen. Es gibt auch ein gemeinsames grosses WG Wohnzimmer was viel Platz bietet.

Es ist die absolute top Lage im Herzen von Kreuzberg direkt am U Südstern. (1min Laufweg) Zum einkaufen liegt der EDEKA gleich um die Ecke (1min Laufweg) und an Cafes und Restaurants mangelt es hier auch nicht. Also das Urbane Paradies schlecht hin. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen dem schönen Graefekiez und Bergmannkiez (ca 7min Laufweg).
Die Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld sind 5-10min entfehrt.

Wir sind ein Pärchen (eine Heilpraktikerin und ein Mediziner) und wir erwarten ein Baby im Herbst. Ein Softwareetwickler Mitte 30 bis Anfang 40 und alle gut miteinander befreundet. In der Wohnung ist es eher ruhig und uns ist es wichtig zuhause runterzukommen und aufzutanken. Gelegentlich treffen wir uns in der WG Küche und trinken ein Kaffee oder essen mal zu Abend. Wenn es sich nach 3 Monaten Kennenlernphase gut anfühlt miteinander zu leben , dann gerne für länger.
