Die Sonne scheint von Westen und Osten in die Wohnung für ca. 4h am Tag, bis Juni sind es dann 8h. Das freie Zimmer ist groß und hat einen tollen Ausblick über die breite Schönhauser Allee hinweg. Zimmerfenster sind sehr schalldicht. Küchenfenster zeigt Richtung ruhigem Hinterhof. Es gibt eine Zentralheizung mit Tag/Nacht Temperatureinstellung im freien Zimmer. Der Luftfilter im Flur sorgt für gute Luft
Mitbewohner ist HapoL: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qVbUDyZRTxk Er schreibt tagsüber meistens zuhause Texte, macht Sport draußen und zaubert in der Küche immer schöne Sachen zusammen aus einfachen Zutaten. Sehr empathischer guter Mensch. Seine Bubble ist der Club Gretchen und die Konzerte dort
Kochen geht nur mit einer Induktionsplatte und Reiskocher da meine Katze die andere runtergeworfen hat. Meine Katze wird in der Zwischenzeit beim Nachbarn oben im 5. Stock sein.
Mehrfamilienhaus mit 3 Wohnungen je Stockwerk. Eine jüngere und eine ältere Nachbarin - beide sehr nett. Es sind dünne Wände aber mit meiner Gitarre könnt ihr gerne drauf losspielen. Von den Nachbarn hört man aber außer Küchengeräume 2 min am Tag nichts
Ohne Haftpflichtversicherung muss die Kaution höher sein. Meine Haftpflichtversicherung kostet zb 60€ im Jahr und ist über Freunde werben Freunde praktisch gratis
