Dein Zimmer liegt im Hochparterre, hat Dielen und hohe Decken. Es ist 28m2 groß und ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch inkl Monitor, einem Kleiderschrank und mehreren Regalen, einer Schlafcouch und einem Couchtisch. Es hat eine breite Fensterfront nach Westen (zur Strasse), ist aber gut schallisoliert.

Your room is on the mezzanine floor and has floorboards and high ceilings. It sizes 28m2 and is equipped with a double bed, a height-adjustable desk including a monitor, a wardrobe and several shelves, a sofa bed and a coffee table. It has wide windows facing west (aka the street), but is very soundproof.
Unser Haus liegt zentral in Karlshorst an einer recht ruhigen Durchgangsstrasse. Der S-Bahnhof Karlshorst in 10 Gehminuten entfernt, der U-Bahnhof Tierpark 15 Minuten und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Gehminuten. Mit dem Rad sind es etwa 20 Minuten zum Ostkreuz.

Our house is centrally located in Karlshorst on a fairly quiet thoroughfare. The Karlshorst S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away, the Tierpark subway station is a 15-minute walk away and the nearest shop is a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Ostkreuz by bike.
Du teilst dir das Erdgeschoss der WG mit Ritesh (30), Tina (40) und Fred (3). Gegenüber deines Zimmers liegt die großzügig ausgestattete Küche mit angeschlossenem Bad inkl Badewanne. Fred wird langsam groß, trotzdem kann es noch manchmal etwas lauter werden, wenn es in die Kita (um etwa 9 Uhr) oder ins Bett (zwischen 18 und 20 Uhr) geht. Ab dann muss es auch entsprechend ruhig werden. Bitte habe Verständnis und sei kinderlieb :)
Im oberen Stockwerk wohnt Heike (50) mit ihren beiden Söhnen Hauke (15) und Arvid (17).

You share the ground floor of the house with Ritesh (30), Tina (40) and Fred (3). Opposite your room is the well-equipped kitchen with an attached bathroom including a bathtub. Fred is slowly growing up, but it can still sometimes get a little louder when he goes to daycare (around 9 a.m.) or to bed (between 6 and 8 p.m.). Please be child-friendly :)
In the upper floors lives Heike (50) with her two sons Hauke (15) and Arvid (17).
Zur WG gehört ein Keller, in dem du Kartons abstellen kannst, und ein großer Garten, in dem man großartig die ersten warmen Tage geniessen kann. Ausserdem beziehe ich eine wöchentliche Bio-Gemüsekiste, die du in der Zeit gerne übernehmen darfst, aber natürlich nicht musst :)

Our house includes a cellar, where you can store boxes, and a large garden where you can enjoy the first warm days. I also get a weekly box of organic vegetables, which you are welcome to take over, but of course you don't have to :)
