The room is 16 sqm facing a quiet courtyard. There is a sectional couch and comfy armchair by the window, perfect for a cozy morning coffee. The loft bed has ample storage below it in the closet and shelving unit formed by the stairs.
The flat is located on the famous Simon-Dach-Street and a 5 min walk from the equally famous Boxhagener Platz. Many bars, cafes, restraurants and cool shops are within walking distance.
The closest subway is about 4 minutes walk and its easy to get to Alexanderplatz (about 10 minutes) and to the ring train (Frankfurter Allee). With the M10 its easy to get to Kreuzberg or towards Prenzlauer Berg.
You will be sharing the space with Max and Robert - two German guys who have been living in the flat for 9 years! They both work hybrid, sometimes both work in their respective offices, sometimes both work from home. We as a flat like to socialize and sometimes go out in the evenings. Every once in a while we have cooking evenings. So whoever likes to cook will like our group. We also like Game nights or playing computer games or spending some time out in the parks.
We feel quite connected to our 4 dear neighbors next door: Simon, Michi, Fry and Judith! We have each others keys and are over at the other flat quite often and our neighbors are at ours. In a sense - it is a 7 people WG in 2 flats ;-)
The flat has everything you need and which you will have access to, like a dish washer, a washing machine and so on.
We are looking for a nice, uncomplicated student, language student or professional to sublet while I am away. Unfortunately we are unable to register you at this flat.
