Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen schräg geschnitten, aber das bin ich auch. Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Komode, Vorhang, lampe etc. Aktuelle Bilder kommen noch aber du kannst die Einrichtung auch anpassen.
Die Lage ist wirklich super! In weniger als 5 min bist du am Bahnhof Charlottenburg. Also U und Sbahn, sowie viele Busse direkt vor der Tür.
Es ist alles noch ein bisschen offen. Ich habe 5 Jahre WG Erfahrung und hoffe das du auch eingespielt bist was gemeinsames Leben angeht.
Mithelfen beim Putzen, küche nach benutzung aufräumen etc sind alles selbstverständliche sachen denk ich. Vielleicht ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank und im Vorratsschrank, dass können wir ja zusammen schauen.
Hauptsache wir können das alles gut kommunizieren.
Mit Anmeldung. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Mein Zimmer hat einen Balkon auf dem auch gereucht werden darf.
Wichtiger hinweis. Das Haus wird ab Ende 2025 für bestimmt ein Jahr renoviert (neue Fasade, neuer Fahrstuhl, neues Treppenhaus etc) deswegen kann es zu Lärm etc kommen. Ich bin auch gespannt wie das wird.
