da ich im März nicht in Berlin sein werde biete ich hier mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Berlin Tempelhof zur Zwischenmiete.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Dort ist auch ein Schreibtisch, der bei Bedarf zum Arbeiten genutzt werden kann.
Im Bad gibt es eine schöne Badewanne.
Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden.
Das DSL liefert 100 MBit down und 40 MBit upload.
Außerdem gibt es ein WOW Abo für Bundesligafreund*innen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Garten, der auch gerne genutzt werden kann (falls das Wetter es hergibt).

Ihr würdet zusammen mit David (31Jahre) wohnen.
