I’m subletting my room in Prenzlauer Berg because I’ll be away from February to April. The dates can be a bit flexible, but ideally, from February 15th to April 15th, starting no later than March 1st.
The flat is about a 6-minute walk from the Greifswalderstrasse S-Bahn station.
You’d be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with the person I currently share the flat with, who is one of my best friends. Life in this flat is very calm; we work long hours during the day, and our time at home is sacred. The only expectations are respect, tranquillity, and care, as well as cleaning up after yourself and contributing to the general cleaning of the flat on a weekly basis.
The room is spacious and bright. Playing loud music in the room is not allowed.
If you’re already in Berlin, an in-person visit as soon as possible would be very helpful.
