This is part of the Berliner Student dorms, You must be a student registered in Berlin. We will need to see the Immatrikulationsbescheinigung before arranging any meeting. Please refrain from applying if you don't have that document. You will sign a contract with the Studierendenwerk Berlin (check their website)
It is the Dorm "Am Wassertorplatz"
We must choose a woman as part of the dorm rules; we would like to have someone that already lives in Berlin and that is older than 25 years old. Anyway, apply even if you are younger, we will read and consider you anyway.
We share some expenses and purchases, but are mostly laid back people that prefer to spend time in our own rooms. We all have partners who visit us a couple of days every week, they are most welcome, but you should keep in mind that the common areas should be kept very clean and that we value a lot having space in the kitchen. No parties, no big crowds please.
With that in mind, please tell us what you are studying, which projects are you taking part into, how do you behave in your own place; and please, start the message telling us what is the waiting time for a room in our Dorm (so we know you checked the website already) and a copy of the Immabescheinigung for the next semester so we know you are elegible.
5 minutes walking to Kotbusser Tor, 5 minutes walking to the Admiralsbrücke; 7 minutes to Prinzenstrasse
The building itself has a lot of history, Big points if you get the original name of the building before it was called "Am Wassertor Platz" (The building is very proud of its history)
You will live with C (30), he lives here since three years and is about to finish his bachelor in international business; he is a tour guide in Berlin and likes being outside.
Also with I (30), she is a master student of Architecture and urban design, works from home as a language teacher and also teaching at her university.
The newest member is B (20), philosophy and sociology student at Humboldt, likes reading a lot and usually spends the weekends at his hometown.
